TRIM® MicroSol™ 515
Concentrate of cutting and grinding fluid
TRIM® MicroSol™ 515 is a medium to highly lubricating, semi-synthetic, micro-emulsion coolant. It provides excellent cooling and high mechanical lubricity. It’s gentle on the machine and delivers everything you’d expect from a premium TRIM ® coolant. It is particularly suitable for machining and grinding cast iron, and also has excellent applications and results when machining aluminum alloys and specialized inconel and titanium alloys.
Medium to high lubricity without chlorinated or sulfur EP additives
Suitable for machining some aluminum alloys, steel, yellow metals and cast iron
Extremely resistant to hard water
Suitable for machining aluminum alloys with a high silicon content
Emulsion of a specific fine micro-composition reduces yield and saves overall operating costs
