Emulsion intended for machining and grinding of copper alloys
TRIM® E720 is a high-quality universal soluble oil with a wide range of applications for machining and grinding a wide range of materials. The high level of chemical and mechanical lubricity in this product can handle medium to heavy machining of aluminum and stainless steel. The inhibitor package in TRIM® E720 is also particularly suitable for machining copper alloys without staining unsightly machine parts.

TRIM® ML55B
Liquid for micro-droplet lubrication
TRIM® ML55B is a high-performance microlubricant based on vegetable esters. It is fully compatible with all “micro lube” and micro-mist systems. TRIM® ML55B contains a mixture of ecological materials that are friendly to the environment and also to the operator. It provides a very high level of EP boundary lubrication to control BUE and sliding friction. The TRIM® ML55B outperforms the competition in cutting, drilling, tapping, reaming and milling. In situations where it is impractical to use a microlube applicator, TRIM® ML55B can be manually applied to the tool or workpiece.

Ester-based cutting and grinding oil
TRIM® OE209 is a medium weight cutting oil made from highly stable, fully saturated esters. The product is certified as easily biodegradable. TRIM OE209 is intended for use in grinding and machining hardened steel alloys, tool steels, stainless steels and carbides. TRIM OE209 provides lubricity and performance to maximize tool life in operations such as deep hole drilling and is particularly suitable for use in sliding head machines with high pressure chip breaker units.
